When there is a specific condition requiring investigation or when a failure has occurred, our detailed investigations accurately characterize the problematic conditions, develop repair and retrofit alternatives, and establish realistic budget estimates. Thermography, water testing, smoke testing, and various invasive inspection techniques are commonly utilized to evaluate problems.
Our staff have extensive experience with building system analysis and troubleshooting. We have performed numerous failure investigations & renewal option studies; and in most cases we are retained to carry through with project design and construction administration.
